BEACH HOPPING

A trip away where we called into and walked on seven beaches between Christchurch & Motunau where we stayed the night.
The beaches went from sand to stone as you went north.

Purple Groundsel a common and very pretty coastal flower.

Our site on the Motunau river mouth.

Happy Hour

Very popular with the day fishermen.

Sunday lunch stop, looking at Motunau Island.
